Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your spot in the tour.

Payments can be made via credit or debit cards.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.

30-60 days before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

If Tripzy cancels a tour, a full refund will be issued.

Liability & Insurance

Tripzy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Travelers must arrange their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and theft.

Changes to Itinerary

Tripzy reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, security, flight cancellation and other similar reasons).

Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions before booking.

COVID-19 guidelines must be followed, as per local regulations.
